By placing an order with KUNDABLE, you agree to the following terms:

Orders & Personalization
All orders are custom-made and personalized based on the details you provide. Please ensure all personalization details (names, dates, messages, photos) are correct before submitting your order. KUNDABLE is not responsible for errors in personalization details provided by the customer.

Production Time
Estimated production time is 3–5 business days depending on order size and delivery location. Production begins only after full or agreed deposit payment is received.

Digital Products & Services
Smart Invitations and other digital deliverables are designed and delivered electronically via WhatsApp or email. A digital proof will be shared for your approval before final delivery. Once a digital product has been approved and delivered, refunds are not applicable.

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, MTN Mobile Money, and Airtel Money through secure, registered payment processors. All transactions are handled through authenticated and verified channels to ensure your payment is safe and protected. A deposit may be required to confirm your order. Full payment is required before delivery or collection.

Instalment Payments
Instalment payment arrangements are available on request via WhatsApp. Terms are agreed per order. Failure to complete payment by the agreed date may result in order cancellation.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided production has not yet begun. Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted.

Refunds & Returns
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of receipt on WhatsApp +256 777 754 651 with photos and we will resolve it promptly.

Delivery
Delivery is available within Kampala and nationwide on request. Delivery fees and timelines are confirmed at the time of order. KUNDABLE is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, and content on this store are the property of KUNDABLE and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Changes to Terms
KUNDABLE reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
