Orders & Personalization

How do I place a custom order?
Browse our shop, select your product, fill in the personalization form on the product page (name, message, event date, photo upload), and add to cart. You can also contact us directly on WhatsApp +256 777 754 651 to discuss your order.

How do I know my personalization details were received?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp or email. We will also send you a digital proof for approval before production begins on most products.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Changes can be made within 24 hours of placing your order, provided production has not started. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp if you need to make changes.

What if I made a spelling mistake in my personalization details?
Please double-check all details before submitting. KUNDABLE prints exactly what is provided. We are not responsible for errors in customer-submitted details. Contact us immediately if you spot a mistake.

Payment

How do I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, MTN Mobile Money, and Airtel Money through secure, registered payment processors. Payment details are provided at checkout.

Do you offer instalment payments?
Yes! Contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order and we will arrange a payment plan. A deposit is required to begin production.

Delivery

Do you deliver outside Kampala?
Yes, we deliver nationwide. Delivery fees and timelines are confirmed at the time of order. Contact us on WhatsApp for a quote.

How long will my order take?
Production takes 3–5 business days depending on order size and delivery location. We will confirm your exact timeline when your order is placed.

How is my delivery fee calculated?
We use SafeBoda for Kampala deliveries, which calculates fees based on real distance. Once your order is confirmed, we'll send you the exact delivery fee via WhatsApp before dispatch.

Can I collect my order in person?
Yes, collection in Kampala is available and free of charge. Your collection location will be confirmed on WhatsApp.

What types of events do you cater for?
We cater for Kuhingira, Kwanjula, weddings, birthdays, baby showers, graduations, corporate events, and any meaningful moment worth celebrating.

Do you do bulk orders?
Yes, bulk orders are welcome and may qualify for special pricing. Contact us on WhatsApp to discuss your requirements.

Can I see samples before ordering?
Sample availability depends on the product. Contact us on WhatsApp and we will advise.

What is your minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary by product. This is stated on each product page. Contact us if you have a smaller requirement and we will do our best to accommodate you.
